As hands-on franchise owners, we are involved in daily operations, delivering fresh, high-quality Mediterranean flavours in a welcoming space. Sabeeh, a lifelong Torontonian, brings entrepreneurial and operations experience, Noor contributes expertise in marketing and customer engagement, and Abdul adds extensive restaurant operations knowledge. Together, we’re passionate about creating a place where neighbours, local workers, and visitors can gather, share meals, and build lasting connections.

My wife and I are co-partners in our Tahini's venture in Windsor, where we have lived for eight years and have built strong community ties. I have operated my own driving school for 20 years, 12 in Toronto and 8 in Windsor. Both of us are hardworking, social, and love meeting new people. We are excited to run our restaurant as a family, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The Windsor community welcomed us with open arms.
